Below are some of the questions we have been asked in our years of service.

How long have we been in business?
Do you look through our files when you repair our computer?

How long have we been in business?

We have been in business for over 10 years.

Do you look through our files when you repair our computer?

No, but with some exceptions.

  1. When we do data recovery, we will open random files to see if the data has been restored correctly.
  2. If you tell us a certain file won’t open correctly, we will try and open that file.
  3. If we come across a file that appears to be CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, we will open it and if it is, will be turned over to Law Enforcement.

With all that said, we respect your privacy and will do everything possible to ensure it.

What are your rates?

The quick answer is $75 per hour, but don’t stop reading there.  Most jobs we try to quote out a price for upfront, so you don’t have to worry about the final bill.  And as always, we give 10% off all labor for our Senior Citizens.

Do I have to put our pets away when you do a service call?

NO! Let them come out and meet us (as long as they don’t bite)!

Will you put on that copy of Office we downloaded from the internet onto our computer?

No, please don’t put us in that position.  We follow all rules when it comes to proper installation of copyrighted software. Also, any software that you purchase from us will come with all proper documentation and codes.

Will you walk us through fixing our problems over the phone?

We are always happy to give some general trouble shooting tips across the phone but we don’t do full-fledged telephone tech support.

Do you work on Macs?

Unfortunately no, but that may change in the future.
